Alpha In-Home Services is licensed through the Illinois Department of Public Health. Our services are available to any individual over 60 years old who requires assistance in their home and is a resident of Cook County.

Here are 3 Easy Steps to Getting Services:

Step 1:

Your Needs Discussed.

We will discuss your particular needs for a homecare aide and create a specific care plan to address those needs as well as a suitable weekly schedule. We will also review language and food preferences with you in an effort to match the client with a homecare aide familiar with their  cultural needs.

Step 2:

The Agreement Signed.

Once we are able to meet your needs, we ask the client or their responsible party to review and sign the IDPH-required agreement. The agreement outlines the terms, specific care plan for the client as well as deposit requirements and pay rate for services. Services can be cancelled anytime without penalty and the client's deposit is always consolidated or refunded after the end of the last service date.

Step 3:

Your Homecare Aide Assigned!

A suitable homecare aide will be assigned to our new client. We will provide the client and/or their responsible party with a contact number for schedule changes, questions or other information. A supervisor will always be on call for assistance during service hours and follow up routinely with the client and their responsible party.
